Before nominating, make sure you read the following information:
- These awards are only for books released during the current year: between January 1st, 2012 and December 31st, 2012. Nominations are closed for books released during 2011.
- To use the e-form, simply enter your information in the boxes below.
- Please submit the following information:
- Your name
- The title
- Author
- Your information will not be sold, rented, or used for any purpose other than the nomination process.
- By clicking “Submit” you certify that you are twelve years or older, and that you do not have a monetary interest in the nominated novel.
