To nominate a book published between January 1, 2012 and December 31st, 2012, include the following information in the message box below:

• The title of the book you are nominating
• Author of the book  you are nominating
• Your city and state

*You can nominate multiple titles at one time

• By clicking “Send” you certify that you are twelve years or older, and that you do not have a monetary interest in the nominated novel.
• Your information will not be sold, rented, or used for any purpose other than the nomination process.
